Both the cap and the body are made from molded HDPE, which is a sturdy, durable form of plastic, and the threaded screw-on cap has a neoprene seal for added protection. This is the small version of this document holder, measuring approximately 12-1/2" long with a 2" inner diameter. Two brackets, part of the molded plastic body, extend from the bottom of the tube for mounting purposes (hardware not included).
